I did Sephora’s Glamour is the Point look with some modifications.
Instead of using white as a base, I kept them “naked” by only using a base coat. Then I added black and white stripes with Art Club’s Nail Stripers.
On my left hand, I outlined the white with the Migi Art Pen in black. I attempted the thin outline on my right thumb. Bad idea! My left hand is too wiggly to do thin lines with!
I’ll try this again, but next time I’ll only use the Black Art Club striper brush.
Sephora by OPI Workshop
We learned a few different looks at today’s workshop. Here’s a look at my nails (after I came home) the table set up, one of the Sephora girl’s nails (mermaid colors), and our instructor’s nails (red and gold):
My favorite look (with the triangle) uses the Sephora by OPI Trend Tips! It was so easy, you just cut the Trend Tips into a shape, apply it to polish, and finish with a top coat. I might have to delay the Nail Art Challenge and do this look first!
Sephora is pretty cool, they have videos for what we learned and more on YouTube and Pinterest! Here’s the tutorial for my favorite look:
Same as the last class, we got freebies!!! You gotta love freebies! Thanks Sephora!
